For registered counsellor/  registered school counsellor:

1. Download and fill in the renewal application form below.

1. Submit photocopies of courses certificate(s) with the course title, training institute and total hours of training received, to support your training hours. Certificate must be given by the organization with formal organizational chop on it.
2. Please make cheque with the corresponding fee (renewal fee depends on the date you submit your renewal application) payable to "Asian Professional Counselling and Psychology Association Limited" and mail to "Registration Department, Asian Professional Counselling and Psychology Association, Department of Counselling and Psychology, Hong Kong Shue Yan University,10 Wai Tsui Crescent, Braemar Hill Road, North Point, Hong Kong".
3. OR bank-in the corresponding fee to (Hong Kong bank: 808-021620-292) and mail the payment slip together with the documents mentioned above to "Registration Department, Asian Professional Counselling and Psychology Association, Department of Counselling and Psychology, Hong Kong Shue Yan University,10 Wai Tsui Crescent, Braemar Hill Road, North Point, Hong Kong".
4. *No cash will be accepted.

*Renewal discount are ONLY applicable to those who submit their supporting documents within the next three months (at the time when you submit your renewal application)

1. Applicants have to reimburse the discount odds for late submission of supporting documents. For instance, if you submit your renewal application before the 30th June and apply for the renewal with HK$280, but submit your supporting documents on the 1st Oct, then you have to pay HK$450 for the renewal and reimburse HK$170 for the late submission )

For registered clinical Supervisor:

1. Download and fill in the renewal application form below.

2. Submit your full resume in which include updated experiences that you have done within the past year for reference.
3. Please make cheque with the corresponding fee (renewal fee depends on the date you submit your renewal application)payable to "Asian Professional Counselling and Psychology Association Limited" and mail to "Registration Department, Asian Professional Counselling and Psychology Association, Department of Counselling and Psychology, Hong Kong Shue Yan University,10 Wai Tsui Crescent, Braemar Hill Road, North Point, Hong Kong".
4. OR bank-in the corresponding fee to (Hong Kong bank: 808-021620-292) and mail the payment slip together with the documents mentioned above to "Registration Department, Asian Professional Counselling and Psychology Association, Department of Counselling and Psychology, Hong Kong Shue Yan University,10 Wai Tsui Crescent, Braemar Hill Road, North Point, Hong Kong".

Applicant is required to fill out form and have your supervisor with his/ her title/positionon it, and then sign with formal signature and chop of the organization.

*Applicant who renews for registered counsellor or registered clinical supervisor is required to fill out the form with supporting documentation attached for approval
