續會條件

As a registered counsellor:

1. Have received at least 30 hours of training in counselling areas, including workshops, seminars, conferences, etc., at APCPA recognized training institutes/centres within the past year.
2. AND have practiced individual face to face counselling hours with regular clinical supervision within the past year.

*Applicant who renews for registered counsellor is required to fill out the form with supporting documentation attached for approval
 

As a registered clinical supervisor:

1. Have practiced clinical supervision in the past year.
2. OR have worked in the same position and organization in which when you apply for the registered clinical supervisor within the past year.

As a registered school counsellor:

1.   Have received at least 30 hours of training in school counselling areas, including workshops, seminars, conferences, etc., at APCPA recognized training institutes/centres within the past year. AND

2.   Have practiced individual face to face counselling hours with regular clinical supervision#. AND

3.   To provide at least 400 hours school counselling services in particular school settings*.

* The whole-day-school registered in Education Bureau, e.g. kindergarten, primary/secondary school, special school, tertiary education. Besides these, the registration board of division of school counselling will assess on a case by case basis.

# For quality assurance, all Grandfather who were admitted should fulfill the supplementary courses which provided by Division before the next renewal year (more details will be given soon)
