Internal and External Balance for Helping Professionals -

An Experiential Exploration Using Inter-Modal Expressive Arts Therapy

In this workshop, helping professionals can explore possibilities in finding balance for themselves in the midst of hectic demands on their time, energy and psychological strength.

They can also experience heightened awareness of their senses and the messages that they bring through art making, enabling renewed connections with themselves, as well as new meanings and new possibilities to surface.

An inter-modal Expressive Arts Therapy approach will be adopted, integrating different art modalities, such as visual art, voice/music, movement and writing. The intrinsic human capacity to create is at the center of this therapeutic approach. No prior experience with arts is needed for participation in this workshop
